Know someone who has everything but still want to gift them something meaningful? Our Sponsor-A-Bouquet Giving Program makes it possible to send a hand-tied Piney Grove Flower farm bouquet to someone in our community who needs extra love, encouragement, and hope during the 2026 season in your loved one's honor.

We’ll deliver it on their behalf to a deserving recipient — a teacher, nurse, caregiver, widow, single mom, or anyone walking through a season where a little beauty might change their day. We will thoughtfully choose local recipients throughout the year and surprise them with fresh, sustainably grown NC blooms and a note acknowledging your gift.

Your loved one will be provided with a dried flower ornament and a giftable certificate explaining how the bouquet is being gifted in their honor. 

A single bouquet may seem small, but to someone feeling unseen, overwhelmed, or forgotten… it can mean everything.
