Create Your Own Bouquets for Any Event!
Hosting a girls' night, baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party, or another special gathering? Add a hands-on, floral touch with our DIY Bouquet Bar! We’ll provide a gorgeous mix of focal flowers, fillers, and foliage for your guests to design their very own bouquets—fresh, fun, and unforgettable.

What's Included
You’ll receive freshly cut flowers, prepped and ready for pickup 24 hours before your event.
We’ll provide snips and display buckets or stands for arranging. A refundable $100 deposit is required for the return of these items within three days after your event.
You can pick up your flowers at our farm for free, or we offer delivery within a 10-mile radius of the farm for an additional $20.

How It Works
To get started, a $100 refundable deposit is required. This secures your date and covers the use of our display buckets, stands, and snips.
Next, decide how many stems each guest will receive. Each stem is priced at $2.
At checkout, provide your event details including the date, number of guests, and how many stems you’d like per guest. Once we receive your information, we’ll send an invoice for the total amount based on your stem count. This payment is due three weeks before your event pickup.
Your flowers will be freshly cut and ready for pickup 24 hours before your event—or delivered if you’re within 10 miles of the farm and select that option.

Please Note
This is a DIY setup! We supply the flowers and tools, but the setup and arrangement are up to you. If you’d like us to set up the bouquet bar for you, we’re happy to help for an additional fee—just ask for details.

FLOWERS
FLOWERS
Flowers will be a mix of what is currently blooming on our farm. Sometimes we have to obtain blooms from other local farms and on the rare occasion we may have to use imported flower blooms. Photos are examples of our bouquets and flowers we grow but they will vary by the season.
I understand that the flowers I receive from PGFF are living things and being left outside in the heat and sun can negatively affect the vase life. I agree that once picked up or delivered, Piney Grove Flower Farm is not responsible for any damage the flowers receive.
We recommend cutting your flower stems at a 45 degree angle and placing them into clean water every couple of days. We will provide you with flower food to add to your water changes to help prolong the life of your flowers.
Our flowers are also not intended for edible or topical use. Some flowers can be irritating or even toxic or poisonous if ingested by humans or animals. I agree to hold Piney Grove Flower Farm free of liability if you or your pet ingests our flowers. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Cancellation & Refunds
You must cancel 2 weeks prior to pick up date in order to obtain a full refund. If your event date is moved and you would still like to do a bouquet bar at your event, please reach out to us at pineygroveflowerfarm@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can confirm availability (preferably with a 2 week notice minimum).
If you cancel with less than 2 week notice, there are no refunds.
